HSIIDC to host e-auction of 17 commercial sites on 27 Jan 2022 New Delhi, 27 Dec (KNN) The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has announced an e-auction of commercial sites including SCOs, booths, shops and dabha sites, which will take place on 27th January, 2022 from 7am to 11am.

The submission for the application started on 22nd December, 2021 and will close on 17th January, 2022.

Estates such as Bawal Sector-2, Manesar Sector-1, Karnal Sector-3A, Bahadurgarh, Kundli, Narnaul, Faridabad Sector-68, Faridabad Sector-59, and Rohtak Old IDC having total 17 commercial sites are listed for the e-auction along with their site description and reserve price.

All the details will put up on the official website of HSIIDC pertaining to the extension in schedule of e-auction, clarification, amendments etc.

Any site or all sites from the e-auctions can be withdrawn by the corporation at any stage without any explanation and is not obliged to accept the highest bid or bid exceeding the reserve price, said HSIIDC.

Moreover HSIIDC has stated that it can accept or reject any or all the bids as well as a cancel or postpone the e-auction without any reason.
